Summary: This is my third visit to this hotel. It is in an excellent location near the metro and easy walking distance to the Champs Elysee and Eiffel Tower. The complimentary drinks and snacks are a bonus after a long day exploring!

Summary: The room was okay. I requested an upgrade due to my gold status and was told it was likely for the last four nights of our six night stay...the desk attendant had told me he would place a hold on an upgraded room for us but when I went to confirm on the day we were to change rooms I was told the hotel was fully booked so I did not get the upgrade. Also, we had to request a light bulb be changed in the bathroom as one was burned out upon check in. It took four requests to finally get the job done.

Summary: Lovely hotel, great location for exploring Paris, nice clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, hard to find faults really, maybe a bit noisy outside at times and some building works over the road, breakfast is nice but small selection but was enough for us, overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Paris
